Job Description

Greet and assist customers in selecting jewellery based on their needs & preferences.

Explain product details such as design, purity, weight, pricing, and offers.

Build strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Handle billing coordination with the accounts team.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom growth.

Maintain showroom display & cleanliness for a premium customer experience.

Key Skills Required

Required Skills:- Excellent communication skills (English Hindi and local language). Strong customer service & convincing ability. Presentable personality with confidence. Basic computer knowledge (billing stock entry preferred). Jewellery sales experience is an added advantage. Qualifications:- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate. 1–2 years of retail sales experience (preferably jewellery). Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
